I am primarily an abstract painter, working in mixed media, making dynamic expressive art.
My work is inspired by the interplay of shapes, structures and light in the landscape and by my response to what I see and feel. I hold onto that reaction and allow that to unconsciously guide the painting process. I believe that art is a great leveller and we can be provoked, calmed and soothed by art. My work is relevant unique and compelling.
